Coaching is a dialog between a Client, who has a need, desire and readiness to make a positive life change, and a Coach, who provides unconditional support in this process of change.
As a Coach, I will never provide you with counselling, advice or solutions, the answers and all your decisions are within you – they come out of your Being and from your needs, aligned with your values and beliefs. This is why all the responsibility and credits belong to you!
I coach the whole person and believe you deserve the life you want.

EATING PSYCHOLOGY
As an Eating Psychology Specialist, I use a Mind-Body-Nutrition approach that effectively addresses weight concerns, binge eating, overeating, body image challenges, and various nutrition related health concerns. Thanks to my unique training and education, together we can explore the psycho-physiology of how thoughts, feelings and beliefs impact nutritional metabolism and health.
Eating Psychology Coaching goes far beyond classical nutrition by focusing on the fascinating connections between brain, body, and behavior. Simply put, what we eat is only half of the story of good nutrition. The other half is who we are as eaters.
